hours, can I still check in? If you are arriving after midnight call us and we will make arrangements to get you a key. If you are arriving earlier than 7AM you can come by, someone may be up and about, otherwise there will be someone at the desk at 7AM. |

Do you allow pets? Not in the building, sorry! |

Do you have secure storage? We do not have individual storage lockers. We do offer complimentary bag storage until 3 PM on the day of checkout. We suggest you keep your valuables with you. |

Is the hostel safe? We consider the hostel to be very safe. We have had very few incidents of theft or other trouble. |

Is the area around the hostel safe ? We are located in the downtown area near the University. The streets are well lit, have a lot of foot traffic and are considered safe. |

Can you pick me up from the Amtrak Station? We are just a short walk away. If you have an excessive amount of baggage or are physically unable, we will do our best to assist you. |

Is your facility wheelchair friendly? The hostel is located in an old building and unfortunately has not been converted to be wheelchair accessible. We have had many guests in wheelchairs who were able to stay with us comfortably. If you have special needs please contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have. |

What is the best way to get from Phoenix to Flagstaff?
There is a shuttle from the airport that leaves 4 times daily and there is also a daily Greyhound bus. Check www.openroadtours.com or www.greyhound.com for more information. |

How do I get to Page and Lake Powell? Unfortunately there are no transportation options at this time, other than hiring a car. We may add a shuttle or tour to our schedule at a later date. |

Do you have tours to Monument Valley? Not at this time, but we hope to in the not too distant future. |
