We
do require credit card details to make
an
online reservation at the hostel.
Your
credit card is not being charged at this time, it
is
used for reservation purposes only. Reservations
are
not confirmed until you receive a confirmation
notice from us (usually within 48 hours).
Cancellation
Policy - We require at least a 48 hour
notice of cancellation if
your plans change. If you
fail
to notify us and do not arrive on your scheduled
day,
your credit card will be charged. If you need
to cancel a reservation, it
is best to either call the
hostel directly or contact
us by email at the address below.
If
you find you are going to arrive more than 2 hours later than your
ETA
(estimated time of arrival) please call the hostel directly. We
reserve
the
right to sell any reserved accommodation if you are more than 2 hours
late
and we have not heard from you.

Please keep in mind that the Phoenix airport is a 2.5 hour drive from
Flagstaff. The Flagstaff airport is a 15 minute drive from the hostel.
